An Afternoon with Georgia Round
Recently I have been shooting more and more on location – so this shoot was a double treat as we stayed in the warm studio, used the big Broncolour lights and enjoyed catching up with the stunning Georgia Round.
We first met a few years ago when Georgia was doing her very first images for her first agency. I loved the images we made back then and the new shoot was just as wonderful.
We shot on both the Mamiya RZ67 – but I have yet to get the images scanned and processed, so all the images below are photographed on the Fujifilm X-Pro2. We shot two two sets. One a fashion based set with dark moody looks then a lighter set as part of my towel series.
Pretty much all of these images have been photographed using the XF 90mm lens.
All aside from the top image below have been shoot using flash. The image directly below was photographed using a single Arri Light.
Pretty much everything below was shot using about 3 or so lights – quite big ones too. The main light was the Broncolor Mini 120×80 Cumulite, which is an amazing light – quite an old light design but – I just love them. As you can see from the set up photo below
Below are the images that we created for my towel series. All of these images were created with use the single Cumlite. You can check out more of the images I have already photographed as part of the story here : http://blog.davekaipiper.com/gallery/
