Editing Colour Nudes
This is a another quick – whirlwind look at only one way to edit and ‘airbrush’ skin and get a nice colour with out having to blur skin. We also look at ways to colour and tone image.
As you watch the video you will notice there are very few steps, clean up, contour the body, highlight the skin and make the tonal changes. Once again. I have have used the Colour Look up modes and gradient maps to do most of the work for me. See here for more info on these
Another interesting note to point out is that most effects are drawn on using the paintbrush freehand, in a way that is over what is needed. In the contour section you can see this quite clearly. This is so when that layer is grouped down, it gives me room to play about. I am quite the fan of many layers, grouping and fading down.
The very last layer is just some very simple free hand added colour, again, applied at a higher level than intended and pulled back in a group.
