Shooting Jodi with the 16-55mm f2.8 Fuji
Sometimes it just goes to show that all you need to have an amazing shoot is a camera and some willing. Just before Christmas I has been asked by Fuji to shoot some new images with a Pre-Production XF -16-55mm f2.8 1:2.8 R LM WR (Link)
A few weeks before Jodi had come over to shoot some fitness / fashion style images and since we had such fun, and I had some garments from a shoot a few days before, we decided to meet up and have a random location shoot in Birmingham. We called this our Primark Fashion Challenge !
It turned out the red suit I had wanted to shoot with didn’t quite fit, so, I raided my wallet and we headed to Primark to style up our random photography fashion trip to Birmingham.
We found the tallest rooftop location in Birmingham (Carpark near the Bullring) and thanks to Jodi being the most amazing warrior ever, we shoot some wonderful images. Since this was done just before Christmas it was amazing that the carpark was so empty.
Lighting was either a mix of ambient with added flash from a speedlight triggered by a Pocket Wizard.
